The International Judo Federation is the world's governing body of judo. It is an International organization consisting of 5 Continental Unions and 175 member National Federations. 

In Today's Age of Information and Communication, I think it is the right time for the IJF to start sharing its own Judo related data with National Federations, Judokas, and Judo Fans, through the Internet. It is my belief that this Site will contribute to the development and diffusion of Judo. 

For these reasons, the IJF started to create its own Internet Home Page. 

Only through your active participation, we will be able to construct the best Internet Home Page ever. On this cyber tatami, we can share valuable information concerning Judo.
