nominated as the Judo Referees for the Guangzhou Asian 2010 Games in
Guangzhou China to be held from Nov 12th
2010. The Judo event will be held from Nov 13th until Nov 16th, 2010
for 4 days. The normal procedure for your travel and accommodation stay according to Asian Games
rules and regulations will be followed. However, to start the process please complete the
attached Application for your Accreditation in the PDF form AGAF 302 ,
and thereafter return the same as follows in order to reach us by 10th
June, 2010, latest. ( Don’t fill in the
Serial Number). The picture which you will attach has to be in White
back ground or light blue back ground of alteast 50
KB in “JPG” format. This is to remind everyone that the Accreditation
has to be returned back to my office by 10th June, 2010 as my office has
furthermore complete the same accreditation
once more in the Original Hardcopy Accreditation forms and
dispatching those Original Accreditation forms to the Organising
Committee to reach by 30th June, 2010. Please note that each Accreditation application has
to be returned in two separate files: 1.
PDF
form which is sent to you is to be
returned, once you have filled in and saved. ( Please don’t
fill in the Serial Number ) 2.
A
photograph
in white or light blue background of atleast 50 KB, in JPG format . Any delay in submission of the applications could
